Though compact, the kitchenette is fully equipped to handle your culinary needs, featuring a mini-fridge, microwave, toaster, Keurig coffee maker, tea kettle, and a selection of cooking utensils and a blender for those morning smoothies or evening cocktails. Unwind in the cozy living area, featuring a couch or watch from bed, a mounted smart TV, perfect for movie nights or streaming your favorite shows. Freshen up in the full bathroom, complete with a bath shower combo, stocked with all the essentials to make you feel at home. Step outside to enjoy the San Diego sunshine with the propane Char Broil grill, ideal for an evening BBQ.
We welcome pets for a fee of $100 per pet, per stay. A pet fee will be applied to cover the cleaning of pet hair. If any waste beyond hair (such as urine or feces) is found, an additional cleaning fee of $35 to $50 will be charged. Cleaning up after your pet is your responsibility, and pets should not be left unattended in the home, as barking may lead to neighbor complaints. Additional pet fees plus tax will be processed through our guest portal after your reservation is confirmed. Kindly let us know if you’ll be traveling with a pet. Parking is prioritized for back unit guests, with access to park in the driveway, providing the closest and most convenient access to the unit's entrance.

A washer and dryer are available for your convenience, shared with the front unit/main house. Our property is expertly managed by a trusted partner, ensuring your stay is enjoyable and seamless. Our team is available daily from 9 AM to 9 PM to assist with any requests or questions. For any urgent issues after hours, a 24-hour emergency line is available, guaranteeing support at any time during your stay.
