Worst property ever
The property manager who lives on site mind you couldn’t give a hoot about anything in my personal experience. Every day there are transients breaking into the complex that’s gated, yanking open the gate to gain access, some of them even have their own keys to enter the buildings where the laundry machines are, that are constantly broken because they destroy them. At least weekly out of the 6 washers and 6 dryers for over 100 units there’s maybe 1 or 2 each working at any given time. Maintenance... was told about the gate issue a year ago and still have done nothing to resolve the issue nor have they bothered to do anything about the problem. The complex wide fire alarms start blaring at all hours of the night waking you up day or night with an awefully loud screaming alarm…. Happens all the time, sometimes will go off for over a half hour until the fire department comes and has to shut it off again.
The property claims to have security and leaves a number for you to call on their voicemail but that security company hasn’t worked for the property in over as long as I’ve lived here which is going on 3 years.
I would highly recommend anyone looking to move into this apartment complex to look elsewhere and only use this as a last stitch resort because you will regret it. The laziest property manager I’ve ever seen and doesn’t care about anything. The amount of effort that’s put in here by the employees is beyond minimum if there’s even a minimum…..

Regarding the gate and security issues,... we've made efforts to enhance security and recently upgraded our garage gate to address the concerns you've mentioned. Additionally, we have a roving patrol service (EPA-K9) in place to monitor the property, and our patrolmen are on-site Thursday - Saturday with vehicle patrols during the rest of the week. We receive daily reports from the patrolmen to stay informed about any incidents.
For the laundry facilities, we encourage all residents to use the machines as intended, and we understand with a large number of residents, machine failures can occur. There are instructions posted in each laundry room on how to report malfunctioning machines to our laundry vendor. Please rest assured that we're actively addressing any issues to improve the laundry experience.
Regarding the fire alarms, we understand how disruptive they can be. Our Property Manager and Maintenance Supervisor are available day and night to respond to alarms, investigate their causes, and reset them as needed.
