Awful. If you wanna live somewhere where they just don’t care about communication, simple things like auto responders aren’t a thing, when you have an issue, there’s no communication on updates and they called themselves luxury. this is the place for you.

I love my unit and the area but I wish they would have inspected my apartment before moving in and did a better job with my move in experience. being advertised as a luxury apartment I should have had a better experience moving in.

Ariva is in a great location if one can afford the rent.
Ariva imposes amenities that the residents generally don’t care about and charge for those services. The free Kamucha is not free anymore except for one day in a week. Parking used to be free, but not anymore. They charge exorbitantly for trash and other services like water.

Terrible Experience

After my husband and I scheduled a tour and confirmed the time and date . We flew from Denver Colorado to go apartment hunting for one day in San Diego . We arrived to Ariva to our scheduled appointment, no one opened the door , we left multiple voicemails and called numerous of times and we never received a call back. We ending up just leaving after waiting outside for an entire hour . It has been a week and we have yet to receive a call back or at least an email . This place is unprofessional,... unreliable. As a military family that is used to house hunt and move from state to state this has been by far the worst experience with an apartment complex. Do yourself a favor and stay away !!
