there is way better apartments in the area for this price!

We moved here expecting a “newly renovated apartment” but the renovations where not even worth it. Everything in the apartment seems to be falling apart constantly. I can’t even open my window because there is people walking through all the time and the neighbors are always loud. There is tons of screaming kids at 7 am on weekends. The water gets shut off constantly and without notice. The parking situation is terrible. we where never told that utilities where extra while signing the lease and... now are being charged way more than the expected rent.

Overall the management and maintenance people themselves are nice but the apartments just kind of look new inside and I was told mine was all renovated but it wasnt renovated new and my appliances were dirty and used, carpets dirty, and a lot of little things wrong with things. Very loud and screaming neighbors in my building and the one next to me so its quite bothersome. A lot of damage was painted over in my apartment. Im also having reoccurring issues with pests (Roaches). They are swift... with the treatment because I call and email to make sure its done, but the roaches keep coming (not in surplus. Minimal. But I live an ocd lifestyle so nothing I do attracts bugs/Ive done everything possible. I have a maid, I keep everything sealed/clipped/contained or in the fridge; which is cleaned). I feel the building itself or my neighbors have issues and are spreading them. Couldnt tell which. Again the people managing and doing maintenance are nice, but Im sure there are limits to what they can authorize and do for us residents. For the price its a good stay but youd have to be very particular on how you can live to not have issues.

Prepare to lose sleep!

People on the property are extremely loud and you will have screaming kids running down the halls till 2am! Water is always turned off and the laundry room is absolutely disgusting and poorly taken care of.

Water shut offs

I must say the remodeled apartments are nice but for the price you pay you must be aware of a few things that I noticed. They shut off the water a lot. They hardly give you a 24 hour notice. Their plumbing sucks because they have to shut off every apartments water in order to fix the problem leaving us all without water that sometimes takes more than 3 hours. The water is a problem there. They don’t let you know like they should. The second issue I had is that they give you a parking space but... the parking lot is small, and the gate is always open letting the homeless come in. My car was broken into and they stole all the important paperwork, I had in my glove compartment. They have this agreement with a towing company that comes by to tow you or whoever is there. In stead of having a towing company over as they do they need to focus on getting a 24 hour security as my husband saw a homeless urinate near the stairs. It isn’t as quiet as I thought. I often heard kids, and arguments, other than that it was okay to live there. One note, when we moved in our apartment wasn’t complete. Some of the appliances in the apartment fell apart. Make sure that your apartment is ready and done as they’re never completed, with the new renovations.
