-Avocado Tree: The avocado tree on the property is available for the tenant’s enjoyment. However, tenants are prohibited from cutting down or otherwise tampering with the tree.

-Turf Maintenance: Tenants are not permitted to use firepits on the turf. Additionally, tenants are responsible for cleaning up after their pets and maintaining the cleanliness of the turf.
