Ok

I believe the first review was meant to be posted for “Mira Bella” apartment homes in Kearny Mesa, not the “Mirabella Point” in Mira Mesa. Mirabella Point is a decent little “apartment - condo conversion” community, but it does not have much areas for adults to hang, nor kids entertainment, other than a community pool and a landry room. It does not have a community fitness center either.

I lived in a 2BR/2BA unit, about 950 sq.

Pros:
Well maintained community conpaired to some other condo...
communities in the nearby area.
Though the buildings has built in 1987 - 1988, it has been renovated at the time of conversion to condominiums so looks newer.
Rush landscaping, lots of trees and plants/flowers throughout.

Cons:
Building layout - felt little too cramped. As mentioned above, it was originally built as apartment complex on a smaller size land, so buildings are very close to each other.
Parking spot width - tight!
Thin walls.
Closets were pretty small in both bedrooms. Not much storage spaces.
It is pretty much impossible to find a street parking spot on the same street after 6 pm.

Mirabella

A very serene environment with plenty of entertainment for the kids and many casual areas for adults to hang out and have a drink. Also a 24 hour fitness center. Very clean spacious homes with unique floor plans. Proper sized balcony for barbecuing. A basketball court would be a great addition to the place. It would probably bring a lot of people together.
