Management is Shady.

This is the worst place to live with the worst management and stuff (except Regina she's nice).
I was bullied out of my residence a month before my lease was up, and now expected to pay. I gave my notice to move on 2/24/18, I was told my lease was not up until March 31, I said I knew that and would still pay rent for March and just move out slowly. Somehow they entered in their computer that I was leaving on 2/24/18, and then their system would not let me pay past the 23rd of Feb. when I...
inquired about it, I was told they would get back to me. They never did even after my efforts. Instead they had contractors entering my apartment to take measurements for a demo and remodel to be done on feb 26th, I thought I needed to move faster so I did. Basically they wanted me out so I could pay for the unit during their remodel. The place is a dump and Ghada and Ruth are unprofessional. If you like mattresses by the dumpster with bed bugs , a property that's always loudly under construction and shady management. Then it's a good fit. Only thing good is the location.

Excellent team of people work here

The maintenance team here is outstanding. They are so helpful and quick to respond and fix things efficiently and effectively. Amilkar, who is maintenance supervisor is amazing. He is professional, brilliant at his job and just a very nice guy. His team works very hard to provide excellent results. Eddie, also part of the maintenance team goes above and beyond to fix anything you need. They show up immediately and get the job done. The office team, specifically Ruth, the assistant manager, is... lovely, easy to talk to and helpful. Regina, who is the leasing consultant is one of the kindest people you'll every meet. She is warm and helpful and really does everything she can to assist. She was the reason I signed a lease here. They are currently renovating units and the team that is handling those renovations, Matrix construction, are amazing as well. Johnie and his team work very hard and are also great people. If they are renovating next to you, he makes sure to let you know how long it will take as there might be noise, and really works quickly and efficiently so it eases the situation. It's nice to come home everyday and be greeted warmly and have people remember your name.
The view is lovely and is situated across from Cowles Mountain.

Nope never again.

These apartment look beautiful from the outside but once you move in you notice that's not the case at all. I was with them for 6 months in that time I had many issues. My stove top was broken and I told them and put the in the trouble ticket and it was never fixed the entire six months. My toilet kept have black stuff grow in it no matter the amount of bleach and other cleaning solutions I would put in it. My kitchen start to flood one day because the pipes under the sink weren't properly... screwed in they were just shoved together. Also be warned the parking garage multiple cars have been broken into. And the complex does nothing about it.

Also it the offer you a "special" move in deposit of $200 their screwing you over in the end because you have to pay money when you move out for carpet cleaning and general cleaning. And I understand that normal for any place but I had no stains in my Carpet no tears no animals ever in there and I got charged $398 just to have it cleaned. The reception people are nice at first but the second you start the process to move out they become rude. And they don't even understand how thier move out paper work reads.

Once you move out they send a letter of final cost to your new address which is true but they also send it to collections not even giving you the chance to pay it that is outrageous. I gave them my final cost check 14 days ago and it is still not processed through my account.

great place but too expensive

we have been here for a year now and really do love it. the amenities are great, we were lucky with a tandem parking, pool is good size and clean, bbq area is huge, dog park is big as well, tennis and basketball courts are great too. we are in a 2bd 2 ba and absolutely enjoyed it! one downfall is the noise. can hear people walking across the hall, when there is some fixing going on, and when neighbors are outside on balcony just talking. windows are not that thick. unfortunately we will be... leaving at end of our lease for financial reasons. its just getting to pricey to renew. previous management was great this new management is a bit different. apparently didn't have a lot of our information which didnt make sense. few time of contact though they are friendly.

First apartment

My husband and I have been living here for about 5 months now at Mission Trail Apartments. We have updated appliances and laminate wood floors everywhere besides our bedroom. We love everything besides the lack of storage we have. We are in a 1 bd 1 ba, and only have 1 very small closet to store items such as broom, shoes, vacuum, etc. The management is super friendly but when it comes to maintenance issues they could do ALOT better. I have been at work countless times when they called saying... their maintenance personal will be coming in to fix things. Leaving me no choice but to allow them to go in when I am not there. ( I have 2 cats so its a problem when the random people have to grab them and put them in the bathroom) Overall though it's a great location near Cowels Mt, grocery stores, the freeways, Parkway Plaza Mall. The apartment is perfect for us, (besides the no storage issue) I would highly suggest others to move here!
