Management is unprofessional

Management on site will never assist you with any needs. There is one parking spot assigned to each unit but every time someone parks in your spot they never call anyone to take care of it. Most pathetic management I’ve ever dealt with, Property manager needs to be replaced.

The manager in Rancho Bonita was not attentive.

Many compalints was reported but not addressed properly. We’ve been licing in the place for over ten years but never replaced our carpeting. Cocroaches was inabiding us and we have to take care of that oursekves. Disable parking was always occupied by the old blue car and res SUV. It seems permanent. We could not even talk to the company owner and no information about them where to complain our converns.

Lazy management

Management is lazy hard to catch her in the office never check to see if work orders have been accomplished. Vents don't suck air adequately enough in the bathroom and above the stove. Lots of ants. BBQ grills been broken since the day we moved in over a year ago. If it wasn't for the rent being so cheep we would of moved out already.

The place looks nice, but shady

There is no security in this place or security cameras. People lose their Amazon packages or deliveries. Cars get broken into almost every week, and the management can't do anything about it. As much as I like the place, but often times there are some shady strangers in the apartment complex. Strange people use the apartment complex as a shortcut from Honey Drive to Woodman, and I guess these same strange people are the ones stealing mail packages. It would have been nice if they have... security cameras to deter these criminals, but they don't have it. Sometimes there are teenagers who are not a resident who smokes weed or probably do drugs beside the swimming pool, you can smell the weed from a distance. If a lose another Amazon package, I'll be looking for a different apartment soon.

The supervisor is rude and does not care about tenants' comfort

The supervisor (not the manager) who visits monthly is rude and does not care about the tenants' well being. The supervisor does not want anything visible on the windows except the blinds, no signs, stickers, or any ornaments on the windows. The supervisor also does not want any windows exhaust fan. The apartments here are super hot during the summer because only one side has windows, but the supervisor does not allow any kind of windows fan which makes living here very uncomfortable during... summer.
