Okay place to live. But not worth the price
It's a small 8 unit complex with limited parking. There is an option to rent half a garage in the ally for 60 extra dollars. But you share the garage and it may not be available until someone moves out. The neighbors are cool. Complex is quiet and respectful. Lots of pets though. Cats and dogs go outside with their owners. The street is ok but it's a one way which is high inconvienent. The house directly across the street has been worked on for 2 plus years and still isn't finished. The... construction and work trucks around it has been annoying at times. The surrounding apartments sometimes have neighbors that party or smoke and drink outside. The ally tends to get messy by the garbage and sometimes has homeless people camping out. The management is almost non existent. And the maintenance gets done though. Sometimes fast. Sometimes not. The apt was renovated before move in. Which was nice. Fairly decent size rooms. Small living room. Small bathroom. Laundry facility runs on coins or with an app. Back gate is locked but front gate is broken. Mail comes around 3 or 4pm weekdays. It's within walking distance to a city heights shopping center and around multiple stores and a school down the street. Freeways are about 5 minutes away.
