It's Christmas Day!

It's Christmas Day. Approximately 10 minutes to MIDNIGHT, I see water on the Kitchen Floor. Believe it or not, I call Maintenance and they actually ANSWER THE PHONE!!!!!
Better yet, in less than twenty minutes Jose is at my door.

Honestly, what more can you ask for? Hot Tub. Swimming Pool, Elevaltors, onsite management (open door), 5 major Freeways within walking distance, a Public library, and Post Office. Seriously what more is there?
Easy on the wallet rent, Balcony, Gated Parking,... Covered Parking, and Three malls within a mile. I just Love it here, six years and counting.

Not good

Water is always being shut off. Dirty tenants. Gates and doors are always broken.

Fashion Hills Terrace Apartments

Nice place to live at. I've been here since May of 2004. That was due to my military status. I am now retired from the Navy as of last year and I am still at the apartment complex. A lot of things close by for me to walk to as well.

Fashion Hills Terrance

A nice cozy apartment. The apartment is a bit small but its perfect for couples and small families. Also there is a nice big pool and jacuzzi. The attendants are nice and welcoming and the manager and her family are extremely welcoming. If you travel down the hill you will be introduced to the famous Fashion Valley Mall.
