Terrible management

Terrible place to rent. If I could, I would put 0/5 stars. Management does not take accountability for any mistakes that are created on their behalf, and employees in office are completely incompetent. Security around the premises is non-existent, leaving non-operating vehicles poorly parked and misplaced without repercussions. Vandalism on vehicles and property are constant in premise, with a gated community that always has gates open through the night. Overall a terrible living experience.

I love the community engagement, from the weekly or biweekly food trucks to the free pictures with Santa, it's a great community. The complex is quiet and tranquil, you'd never no that neighbors have dogs.

If you are looking for a quiet and safe community for your family, I definitely recommend The Landing at Ocean View Hills. The neighborhood has lots of friendly and welcoming people. Management is very friendly and are always open to answer any questions.
