Mismanages/Not responsible
I had electronic key issues for three days and there own staff couldn’t get my key to work. In the evening I wanted to enjoy the amenities on the roof where I found the TV’s inoperable. When I brought the matter to management I was told it was user error. After being at the Merian for two years I must have forgot how to use keys and TV’s. The management did not take any responsibility for their shortcomings. After reviewing my lease to cancel I realized their lease is one sided. The tenants are... held accountable for our end but they have no obligation to the tenants.

Thank you for taking the time to provide this feedback on your recent experience. We have a unique access system that requires specific steps to be completed in order to sync and/or repair access issues. We are always happy and... genuinely willing to assist our residents in the event o f a qualifying access issue with their fob. Our amenity space TVs were indeed malfunctioning for a short period but was reset and fixed. Thank you again for providing this review.
