Do not live here

This is by far the worst property I've ever lived at. I got fleas in my apartment and have no pets. The landlord/property manager did nothing to resolve the issue. I had to pay for a hotel room myself because the bites were so bad I could not sleep. Then, I paid 2500 dollars to break the lease, and 2 months later have not received my security deposit. I have asked several times for my deposit back and have been told that it is being mailed to me each time I ask. Do not live here if you can avoid... doing so. They do not treat tenants well.

Sophie's Arms

This apartment is a nice, cozy place that has the feel of a bed and breakfast. That may be because it used to be a hotel and has been renovated into an apartment building. The landlord takes great care of the building and is an all-around nice guy who cares for his tenants. The apartment has a well-maintained courtyard with patio chairs and a bike rack. The building is generally quiet. It's also walking distance from downtown so you're never too far away from great restaurants and nightlife.
