NOT WORTH THE PRICE!!You cannot have curtains up for extra privacy or anything on your walls, without a written consent from the landlord prior to lease being issued. They will not tell you this. They give notice of entry same day and mark it as if it was given out a week ago. Cops are called on kids for playing outside. Parking spaces are not big enough for you to comfortably to get out of the vehicle let alone enough space to pull in and out without scraping your car against a pole or someone... elses car. You would be lucky to find parking in the afternoon if you do not have a spot under the car port. You will have to park on the street just outside the apartment complex. The leasing office is rarely open. Pest control is supposed to come every Wednesday and they never show up. Fire alarm and Gas detectors are supposed to be checked and batteries are supposed to be replaced they do not ever come and do that like they say. Walls are thin, so everybody can hear you and you can hear them. People here are extremely nosey so be prepared for people looking through your windows and up through the crack in the balcony. Heads up if you do rent here during the summer the apartments get to about 100 degrees inside even with the dining room fan on and windows open. At nights it 10x worse.

DO NOT RENT HERE.
This complex is horrible! No maintenance, no security. Cockroaches and spiders everywhere. Too pricey for old-as-a-dinosaur cabinets. The manager ladies are the worst too. They don't care about you, just your money and their friends they have living there!

There are bedbugs and winter green does not take action on the matter and my room was flooded with the rains in December.
