One of the Best Places I've Stayed
I had the pleasure of staying at this building for about 2.5 years. The support team is top-notch and responsive, coming in to support repairs or maintenance as needed sometime within hours, rarely taking more than 24. The management really shows care for the building and the tenants. The garbage and recycling is made easy by chutes on each floor for the garbage or plentiful bins for recycling.
The surrounding area is a less than 5 minute walk to Japantown in one direction and Polk St in... another - Polk comes with a wide range of bars and restaurants of varying bougie-ness, Japantown of course comes with all the great food and culture of that range. Building's also a quick walk to a bouldering gym.
The building also has lots of folks who have stayed there for many years, which speaks to the quality of the place - I only left due to necessary life changes, but if not for those, I'd still be there I'm sure.
