Park Kiely is my first apartment experience with my little growing family. We have only lived in homes and dealt with the owners directly, so this experience has been different. I don’t have anything really to complain about. We love it here so far. We moved in less than a month ago. The staff are extremely friendly, helpful & responsive. I always have a ton of questions, yet I never got the feeling that I was a bother, which I appreciate. Communication is extremely important to me, and I would... say the staff at this community fulfill that need and make it easy for me to feel reassured. Turn around for maintenance is quick & their techs are knowledgeable. This community is very family oriented, which is something I was looking for when searching for our new home. There’s plenty of amenities that make being here worth it. I feel safe & comfortable enough to take a stroll with my baby at night because there are people of all ages still out. Kids playing. People on the ball courts. Groups & singles getting their steps in around the community. I love that it’s not a ghost town and it’s pretty active. It truly is a community. I feel grateful to have stumbled upon this place. Looking forward to see what this place has in store for us in the coming months (hopefully years)!

I would not rent here again in a million years. The pest issues, annoying children with careless parents, and awful maintenance, are all not worth it.
