12 Month Lease. This is a NO PETS property. No smoking is allowed inside the home. The tenant is responsible for all utilities associated with the property.
When applying to lease with our company you will have to create either a pet/animal profile or a no-pet profile using our firm’s third-party screening service: to start.
If selected as a tenant, a Move-in Fee of $49 per household is required. The fee covers a move-in inspection including digital records of property conditions for tenant protection.
