How Is This Rating Determined?

The community management is extremely poor

No one answers your phone call nor calls you back. Email is not responded too. If you got a reply that they say they gonna process your request asap, please be prepared to wait weeks (if you are lucky) or months.
The office failed to fillout a lease transfer nor provide renew lease timely after I requested 2 months before lease ending, and then they gave me a waive of 30-day notice but tried to deny it. Even if finally they agreed to honor the waivement, the security deposit has never been heard... of since I moved out 2 months ago.
Be away with the property and the FPI management!

DO NOT RENT AT THIS LOUSY APARTMENT COMPLEX

RUN! AS FAST AS YOU CAN FROM THIS AWFUL BUILDING! This is advertised as a high-end, superior, luxury complex. The prices reflect this so-called "status." But, the reality is a terrible place to live, horrible management, no service for broken fixtures or appliances. Calls to the management company yield no response or only "pay your rent on time." DO NOT live here. It is really a horror show, and deserves to be put out of business. Many common areas are dirty, broken, or not working. No... one from management cares about this building, the owners are actually commercial building owners and treat the tenants like business clients. Do yourself a big favor - avoid this place at all costs. You will be sorry if you rent here. Like ants streaming through the lobby and bugs infiltrating your personal items - then you will enjoy it here.
