If you ever need a change of pace, you're also just 20 minutes from Famous Sausilito, 30 minutes from downtown Sonoma, and 45 minutes from Napa Valley's world-famous vineyards.

We’re looking for a 12-month or longer lease to ensure stability for both the tenant and us.

What’s required to move in?
To secure the rental, we require the first month’s rent and a $2,000 security deposit.

How much notice is needed to end the lease?
A 60-day written notice is required before ending the lease after the agreed-upon term.

What utilities are included?
The rent covers water, trash removal, and sewer. However, tenants must pay for electricity, gas, and internet.

Is renters insurance required?
Yes, renters insurance is required before move-in to help protect both you and the property.

How do I apply?

2. If you're interested, apply.
Applications are handled through this site. The fee is $29, and the service includes a TransUnion™ credit check, criminal background check, and eviction report. You can use your application for up to 10 properties within 30 days at no extra cost.

Does the credit check impact my score?
No, the TransUnion™ Credit checks are soft inquiries that won’t impact your credit score.

What is the Lease & Move-In cost?
This is a 12+ month lease—minimum 12 months.

The home has custom pieces designed specifically for the space, but we’re flexible and can discuss what stays or goes based on your needs. If you prefer, it can be partially or fully unfurnished.

Is parking included?
Yes! The home includes a two-car garage with an electric car charger inside. There is also plenty of street parking.

Are pets allowed?
We allow one dog (around 50 lbs).
One-time $500 pet deposit (refundable), and it's a $50/monthly pet rent.

Is smoking allowed?
No, this is a non-smoking home.
