Be careful

I lived here for 5 years. The first 2 were great apart from the homeless people constantly going through the trash and walking around on the property. Then they started increasing the rent, even though they cut down on the security guard presence (to save money) and refused to fix minor repairs. At one point my electrical for the outside light went out (I lived on the second floor) they blew off fixing it for 2 month. It was finally fixed when I called and told the property manager that if my... son fell and broke his leg in the dark that I would be suing them. The blinds broke in my living room and they refused to replace them. For 2 years I didnt have a hallway light or fully functioning bathroom light because of the electrical failing and they wouldnt fix it. If you are interested in using the pool, dont bother. It's only available when property manager is on site and shes only there maybe 3-4 hours on Saturday and then 8-5 Monday through Friday. The homeless have gotten worse were they will approach you getting out of your car and ask for cans or money. It's just gone down hill. If you can go somewhere else do so. I found out that they are remodeling many of the apartments and that's why they were refusing to fix anything, so you would move out. Also, make sure to document any conversations with management, take photos. Do not try and call for anything, they will never return your calls. If you think you can handle it, it is in a good school area and in decent walking distance.

Good location

This apartment is in a really good location within walking distance to the highschool, elementary school and also local stores to shop at. However the apartments are old and not in the greatest shape. Things breakdown and sometimes it takes awhile before they get fixed. The office manager is great she does try her best to get the situation resolved but sometimes it does take time.
