Avoid at All Costs
Moved in September of 2022, moved out July 2024. Place was great at the start, but had a steady decline that accelerated sharply when the new management company took over. So many people have been leaving. Just a few things:
-My mail has been stolen from my mailbox twice. I've had several hundred dollars worth of packages stolen from the mailroom. The locked door means nothing if they prop the door open.
-The gym equipment broke and was still broken by the time we moved out. The pool was... regularly closed for weeks or months because of "ducks". Yes, seriously.
-My car was broken into while in my spot. The gated Residents Only part of the garage has had the door wide open for months so anyone had easy access to all of our cars.
-There are anywhere from 20-50 homeless that live right outside the gates at all times.
-Nowhere near worth the insane rent prices.
-They now want the tenants to pay for guest parking, as well as an additional $100 a month for a second spot for our 2 bedroom, the spot we already had.
All of these are major issues are problems, but the management is what really gets them 1 star. They are unresponsive, unempathetic, and incompetent. I spoke to the manager and assistant manager several times about issues and was assured they would follow up with me. Several months later I still heard nothing from them, as is the custom for them. They don't care when your property is vandalized, they don't care about the fact their rent increases are ridiculous, and they just don't seem to care at all.
It honestly feels like they're trying to get people to move out. I would avoid this apartment at all costs.
