STAY AWAY UNLESS YOU LOVE ROACHES

Raised the rent ridiculously and extremely expensive for old, run down moldy apartments that are infested. The pool is closed all year long except for 2 months (summer, yet you continue to pay for cleanse) a year, laundry mats are expensive and very low quality as well. Staff is rude and very biased. The maintenance of apartments are over priced for reused items and poorly conducted jobs.&

DON'T MOVE HERE

The apartments have roaches and fumigation doesn't help because the neighbors also have roaches so they come crawing back in. Also, the office staff are rude.

Vizcaya

Vizcaya appartments offers many amenities such as laundry matt, and pool. Vizcaya offers spacious apartments with small parks thoughout the property. Overall has a little of everything right across from the park.
