If you value privacy, peace, and quiet, this is really a great unit! A credit score of 700 or above is required to apply for this unit. Cats are welcome, and a dog is welcomed too, providing it is not a dangerous breed, (which would cancel my insurance!). Also, this is a no smoking unit inside, and outside.
