The process for the move-in was quick and easy. Providing documentation and getting approved went way faster than I expected. This complex and apartment look great inside and out, plus it's a gated community!

Maintenance is very good and they are professional.
I would no longer recommend the property to anyone due to the Astronomical amount currently being charged for the Rent.

Jackson Pointe is a very attractive location to live. High on a mountain top with walking trails with beautiful nature views. Gated community with security staff.
