Constant Water Shut-offs and Poor Communication
I am extremely disappointed with the management here. In February alone, there were 7 water shut-offs. Dealing with no water multiple times a week is unacceptable for any residential building.
Furthermore, the leasing office is incredibly slow to respond to emails and inquiries. It feels like our concerns are being ignored while we continue to pay full rent for unreliable basic utilities. If you are looking for a stress-free living environment, I would suggest looking elsewhere.
