Classic 1920's Tahoe ONE bedroom + LOFT cabin with modern amenities is just across the street from the Lake and situated perfectly between all the big ski hills. Ideal for singles, families, weekenders or locals in search for winter housing! 

This cabin has been family owned for generations. It is smaller and considered a classic but, has been well-loved and updated over the years. Large yard for snow play and parking for one or maybe two cars. The living room is bright and airy and has a newer ROKU television for streaming plus cable service, wood stove/fireplace, a plush couch and large floor-to-ceiling windows for plenty of natural sunlight and glimpses of the gorgeous Lake Tahoe.
Fully Stocked kitchen includes a dishwasher, dish and cookware, full-size appliances and built-in microwave. Kitchen connects with the dining and living area over a wooden breakfast bar for two. The dining area for four is situated directly across from the cabin's original but well-kept wood stove.

The sole bedroom has a new memory foam queen bed, a closet and a wardrobe, a newer, unitized washer and dryer and is located on the first floor. There is one bathroom.  A simple 3 piece with an oversized shower, toilet and sink.

The upper level "loft" is only accessible via a pull-down aluminum "attic" ladder. The loft has two twins and overlooks the living area below.  There is also a new Queen air mattress for use in the living area. 

Nearest public beach is just a three minute walk until you reach sand and the ski resorts aren't far either.

POLICIES & DISCLOSURES

1. Advertised "Rent" Rate includes housekeeping and all utilities EXCEPT NATURAL GAS & ELECTRICITY & SNOW REMOVAL SERVICES. 
2. Must climb a retractable ladder to reach the loft sleeping area.
3. Single bathroom home with shower only (no tub).
4. Parking for 1-2 vehicles in the paved, flat driveway. Street parking is prohibited year-round.
5. AWD/4WD vehicles are strongly advised during the winter months. 
6. 5-Month Minimum Rental Term
7. Snow removal at driveway is the responsibility of the Tenant.
8. Deposit is equal to One Month’s Rent with the term paid in advance or Deposit is equal to 3 Month's Rent with extra services paid upfront (trash, snow removal, etc.) and rent due monthly.


RATES

Rate includes 2 hours of housekeeping service each month, keyless entry technology, cable television, internet, water/sewer, trash, parking.

• 6 months $2,450/month (CANNOT START AFTER FEBRUARY)
• 5 months $2,575/month (CANNOT START AFTER FEBRUARY)
• 4 months $2,725/month (CANNOT START BEFORE JANUARY 3RD)
• 3 months $2,900/month (CANNOT START BEFORE JANUARY 3RD)
