DONT
If you are thinking about applying online because yo see they have something available soon it’s a lie and you will be wasting your money on a non-refundable application. HUGE WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY. Poor customer service and false advertising.

The available date showing it is just a possibility that we will have something available. We work on a 30-day notice to vacate and at this point we have no received any. Applying on line doesn't guaranty an apartment and it doesn't get charge to ... your credit card/debit until we process the application. If for some reason you were charged you can dispute it with Onsite.com

Don’t do it!
Lived here for a short period of time a couple years ago. The manager was extremely rude. The apartments are out dated. My only day off was Monday and the pool was closed. The security was a joke.

I don't know what year you lived here, and let me tell you that our apartments look very nice with new interior improvements. Over time there have been some changes and they will continue

No Bueno
Where do I start? Roaches all over. Sink is backing up from the apartment next door. No parking for the 2nd car. The pool is closed on Monday. Laundry room is a pain in the rump to get to and from. Loud trains constantly. 1 place for mail pickup. Overflowing trash containers. Geese everywhere! Expensive for what you get. Appliances are ancient. No screen door, unless you consider the one that doesnt fit. Therefore it doesnt keep out the bugs. They let anyone use the pool as if it was a community... pool. There was (what looked like)poop clogged in the drain of the kiddie pool for a couple weeks before they fixed it. They just put up some caution tape until they got it fixed. Did I mention trains! There are trains that seem to run through the middle of the apartment building. Iv'e kind of got accustomed to them, but they are so DARN loud! I could go on...

Park Knolls the Best Home in the Central Valley!!!
Turlock is an awesome community to live in and Park Knolls is our Home! Our family had a wonderful tour of this apartment complex and fell in love. We have pets and a teenager and all were accepted! Smiles...but honestly the neighbors, the staff and the amenities are all very nice and I look forward to coming home after work to swim, work out or just take a stroll in the park right across the street. The apartment itself 2 bedroom/2 bath is beautiful with accent walls, a spacious kitchen,... bathrooms and a private patio. Park Knolls has been our home for 4 years now and we will continue to live here for years to come. If you are looking for a new home then check out Park Knolls...we would love to grow our family with yours. Cheers!!!

80s Divorce Special, plus 21st Century Annoyances
Let's skip the gripe about the bait-and-switch between the show apartment and what we got. Our fault, really - only asked if the show apartment was like the coming available unit and didn't insist on seeing the one we'd be renting.
Let's skip the complaints about the many, many mechanical failures, because who cares if your appliances work as long as the grounds are maintained by obsessive, deafening lawn work conducted exclusively from 8am to 2pm. God forbid that the grass gets a centimeter... too long or the shrubs go untrimmed - the trash? Oh, the trash isn't lawn care. Lawns look good, dumpsters are overflowing, and those maintenance guys blast their equipment all morning every morning. Could they be repairing the appliances? Probably, but that wouldn't be as awesome as using the lawn care equipment, now would it?
Let's just forgive the architects. I mean, who wouldn't want bedrooms that face the parking lot? How else can you keep track of when the drunks stumble home (last call 3am) and the morning shift starts (jerk who guns his truck leaves for work at about 4am, the shriek-y family loads their hellions into their car at 7:10) - plus, when the knob with the faulty car alarm lets it run for twenty minutes at 3:30 am, if you're not getting it full blast, you lose the effect.
Do I sound bitter? No, that's the sound of the feral children using the parking lot, walkway, and steps as their scooter ramp. Delightful - after the folks running a chihuahua fighting ring moved the circus out, I was concerned that I'd miss out on the mid-morning/afternoon nerve-destroying and soul-crushing noise fest!
Could I call the office and ask if they could round up these brats in the same manner they plan to rid us of the quiet, rodent-eating stray cats? I *could* but that would require the office to be open at 1pm on a Wednesday. Don't be crazy.
In fact, if you enjoy your sanity, stay away from this dump. If you're not a noisy, inconsiderate jerkwad who loves being lied to regarding apartment condition, you'll be driven insane soon enough. Gotta go get fitted for my new tinfoil hat.
