ALL Basic Utilities Included in Rent! Gas, Electric, Water, and Trash services All Included!
This home has a Bosch Heating and Air unit exclusive to the guest home only, and is on Septic, please note any stoppages or clogs will be the tenant’s responsibility during the lease, be careful what goes down all drains.
Smart TV and Roku (no owner warranty) are included, but tenants are to supply and use their own login info for Roku. Any other services, higher speeds, etc will be the tenant's responsibility, so please call your Internet or TV providers ahead of time to make sure they can and will serve this address if interested, it is your responsibility to check on this before applying or signing a lease, Thank you.
Main-home owner's cleaner comes 2x a month and will clean the guest home unit for $90 per visit if interested, just ask!
Please note an off-site PO Box will need to be obtained by the tenant, and at their expense, for their mail collection and package delivery purposes, as this is a shared property and only has one mailbox for the main home only and will not be shared at this time.
A Renter’s Insurance Policy will be required on behalf of the tenant/s residing in the home. And owners and/or mgmt will be required to be listed as an additionally noted / insured on the policy.
Please note: No storage of items outside in the guest unit's courtyard area will be allowed, and no charcoal or wood-burning BBQs or Fire pits will be allowed (Propane Gas Okay) as this is a high-risk fire zone and per homeowner's insurance requirements.
Please note the owner or us as the mgmt. may require a few extra days before the scheduled move-in date for a final once-over cleaning and wipe-down detail of the home to be performed.
We are happy to supply a sample lease agreement to you ahead of time, just ask. Please note your final lease agreement may include additional disclosures and/or addenda as needed and with regards to the home and property. But the lease in and of itself will be much like the one we will later supply to you to review ahead of signing. Thank you!
