Terrible place

Terrible place, no managers on the site, if you have emergency maintenance no one will respond to your call or email.

Avoid !

Not worth the trouble. Management is horrible at this property, the only one site manager is a tenant who has no real merit , that has been a resident for years who has control issues & thinks he owns the place. Real management take forever to fix repairs, a/c breaks often. & they will take 0 accountability for any damage or excess expenses caused by their property, they will make you address everything to your rental insurance which makes your rate go up! AVOID!

Much Love for Astaire apartments

I’ve been a resident of this building for over 10 years. Beautiful and safe location with majority of freeways near by, schools, parks, grocery stores, shops, restaurants and much more, what attracted me to this building at first. Then the apartments’ size and very competitive rental cost moved me in to this building that became a true home for me. It is quiet, it is clean and well taken care of. Neighbors are kind and respect each other very much. Christian and Tasha in management are amazing... people who are always there to help and answer any requests in no time. They are constantly working on renovating and upgrading this building, making it more and more beautiful. To say that there is a spot in LA where it is 100% secure would be a lie. Astaire is making every effort to secure the building as much as possible, therefore Currently renovating the front lobby and front of the building. I truly love this place and speaking for myself haven’t found a better substitution when I was looking around to compare.

Avoid, rent somewhere else

These apartments used to be great. No longer. It's now overpriced, with hapless management that does the bare minimum for residents (especially, long term ones as I suspect the new owners want to force out old leases and gain new ones at higher rents). Maintence issues are slow-walked, noise complaints are ignored and mail is frequently stolen. It took about 5 months to the fix one of two main elevators!? The only thing that does get done is the weekly landscaping and regular cleaning of... hallways and lobby.

Great location

Great location, very close to Studio City, Sherman Oaks, North Hollywood. Access to 3 different freeways. Apartment building needs some updating as it is dated but newer units look great. Building is dog/cat friendly, very walkable neighborhood to go out for a walk. Park is also fairly close by. Building has a pool and 2 laundry rooms on each floor- there are 3 floors. Great place to live! Management responds in a timely manner to any calls/concerns.
