Greedy Business
It was nice living there for three years as consistent, polite, and good tenants.
Yet, in the end, the management and the ownership run a Apartment racket that’ll give you a run for your money when you leave. Not only did they not warn us about a “military clause” when they knew we planned to move out, but the walk out inspection was conducted and I was assured with an invoice that I would get a majority of my security deposits back. Be assured, after we moved out, they waited long enough to... turn over the rental that we never saw a penny of that “military clause” deposit. That security deposit? Not a cent either. Not even a phone call explaining why, minus the phone calls demanding money.
The paint they used in some places was so cheap that using Lysol wipes would remove the paint. The carpet will dethread itself under a vacuum, and the cheap tiles will bubble with thier heap wrapped faux texture. Know that the place is built as cheap as humanly possible, and you will pay a premium to fix it.
Avoid Summer Winds if possible.
