…but choose the unit wisely.
I’ve lived there for 3 years before moving out of state.
/ if you have dogs, they’d definitely love it there with the well-maintained lawns.
/ Walls are definitely soundproof.
/ New manager Whitney has very good communication skills.
/ staff are usually courteous and patient but seem overwhelmed.
/ I appreciated them NOT « eating up » my security deposit by coming up with outrageous excuses.
/ Kitchen paint is bad and sticky. Drawers get stuck. Not sure if it varies by unit.
/ Biggest... issue for me was the noise: I recommend you rent the units inside the complex because the noise from the street is intolerable. Police sirens day and night, loud car engines, fireworks at least every other day for no reason. Amar rd is very busy. Drivers are insane with car crashes almost daily.
/ absolutely hated the mattresses constantly sitting by the dumpsters. You’ll see them daily here and there.
/ premises are kept clean
/ laundry room machines upgraded but constantly broken
/ location incredibly convenient: you’re literally few feet away from 2 discount stores, a Grocery Outlet, Walgreens, countless restaurants and take out buffets, Coin Laundry, Bank of America, doctors and veterinarians. In this regard, the complex’s location is really ideal.
/ Lots of events organized for children
/ I “Raided” my apt every few weeks which effectively kept roaches at bay. I’d only see a few dead by the door.
