Don’t rent!!!

The building is horrible. Cockroaches, flying ants, old dirty carpets in hallways, loud annoying sound of squeaking floors in apartments, outdated kitchen, clogged bathtub, barely working garage door..do you need more?! Just don’t do it!

Quality accommodation and great management

Located amidst the gentrification occurring throughout WEHO this apartment complex lacks only a pool and gym are but compensates with spacious and very well maintained accommodation which is tastefully decorated and provides decent appliances and great details such as the walk in wardrobes, a cute fireplace, really nice balcony which is bigger than you often see in this neighborhood and a sun deck which overlooks the pretty trees and shrubbery of hacienda place. The manager is a sweetheart, very... responsive and always helpful and efficient. Maintenance requests get sorted out within a week! that’s pretty unique in my experience of renting! I’d recommend this building to anyone wanting a quiet no drama neighborly community vibe it’s definitely not a party complex that’s the building next door! good value great service and really good accommodation for the price

Run by an Unethical Management Company

This apartment complex is run by Equity Management Company. The representative from the company in charge of Collis Apartments is unprofessional and says things that are most likely illegal. The location and price are fairly decent although the kitchen and appliances are very outdated. The rent is actually pricier than other buildings in the area with similarly equipped kitchens and amenities. Pros of this building don't outweigh the cons of their management company and their wildly... unprofessional behavior.

Great Building

I've lived here for four years now very happily. One of the biggest reasons for this is that the manager is so great. He's incredibly responsive to any issues or maintenance requests. Also, if you've lived in West Hollywood for any length of time you know parking for yourself and guests can be the worst. With the underground parking included with your apartment there are three guest parking spaces which are rarely filled. The worst part about this building is the traffic. Living one street... east of La Cienega people will race up and down this street to cut down on their commute time.

WEHO and BH, location location location

This apartment building is perfect if you fancy yourself somewhat of a socialite. Within walking distance of the Laugh Factory, Mondrian Hotel, Andaz Hotel, Rainbow Bar, The Roxy, The Troubadour, and Laurel Hardware. You won't ever need to drive yourself to have a good time in this neighborhood. There is a great pool area and lots of open spaces nearby. The building is well maintained but each unit is individually owned so each unit has its own pros and cons.
