Terracina at Springlake Apartments

They have been the most help I've had through out this whole Covid mess! Amazing customer service and went beyond for my family! I would recommend this place a million times! The staff is amazing and continue to impress me as well as be amazing advocates for my family!

You don't want to live here!!!! The apartment manager is a bully and has no respect for the tenants. She comes off nice during the rental application but once your in if she is having a bad day she takes it out on the tenants. I have even observed her being verbally aggressive towards the children and teens that live in the complex. There are double standards in regards to what is allowed on balconies. We have been told no electric grills nothing on the balcony rails, but you walk around and see... some grills and decorations. Your told during application process inspections only once a year. terracina apartments are wonderful. They're nicely painted, it's in a very nice area, it has good neighbors and it has very good sized apartments. The inside is very modern and attractive. There's a wonderful on call maintenance system, management is very professional, and the rent is reasonable.
