Poor management and ridiculous prices
While the new management company has implemented additional fees and increased rental prices, the quality of maintenance and service has not improved. For instance, we reside in a supposedly "renovated" unit, yet we have encountered several issues, including plumbing issues, leaky roof, sliding door that does not close properly and a persistently leaking kitchen sink. Unfortunately, the management did not address the sink leak until the damage led to mold and deterioration of the surrounding... wood. I believe it is crucial for property management to prioritize timely maintenance and adequately address tenant concerns to ensure a safe and comfortable living environment.
