Property is POOR! I have PROOF!
Do not live here! Maintenance takes up to two weeks to respond to an issue and the emergency maintenance number is worthless! I have documentation. Maintenance came out to fix my garbage disposal by installing a new one. They installed it incorrectly and did not notice additional damages. It broke off from off from the base of my sink leaving a huge mess! I called the emergency number and left several messages. I go NO response. I finally had to call my company I work for Fix-it 24/7 to come and... a fix it the issue asap! Arvada Greens refuses to credit me the invoice of $335 even though it was their negligence. My sink was stuffed up and electrical wires exposed.

In the case that you aren't able to reach our maintenance, please call or email our office so that we can have the... opportunity to address your concerns. Before any vendor is called, our team needs a chance to repair the issue. And, if outside vendors are needed, they must be vetted, licensed, and approved for liability purposes.
