Terrible, unprofessional staff

No communication, hard to reach anyone about maintenance, etc. Staff is very unprofessional. You will regret moving here unless they improve

Alvista Highline

I would like to give it 3.5 stars... this apartment complex calls itself Luxury Townhomes. They are in need of an update on the inside, but the floor plans are great! This apartment has the best kitchen I have ever seen in an apartment. The attached garage is the best in the winter time, I think that is what makes it a townhome. The fireplace is wonderful and the 20 foot vaulted ceilings really make the place feel open. I lucked out on my apartment with newer carpet and the splatter coated... countertops, but I have seen other apartments that have not been updated since the place was built 15-20 years ago. Luxury is a stretch. There is a great dog park but no other amenities. It is gated, although the gates are broken open more often then not. Despite the minor issues, I really enjoy my apartment and the area.

Changes has to be made

I have recently moved into Alvista Highline. The neighbors around the community continue to watch/spy on me while I am outside when I have done nothing wrong. I have seen people peeking out their windows at me continuously. The notes that management leaves on the door puts off a rude vibe. But places are nice !
