We should have better rat pest control and emergency contact numbers for service, such as if a toilet is flooding the apartment. Overall, the clubhouse is always clean! I would prefer black curtains in the gym since you can see at night from the outside in and people do not feel comfortable

Overall, a good place to live. We moved in while our apartment was still brand new. It’s a beautiful apartment, however, after just a year and a half you can tell it was cheaply built. Several of our cabinets have came off the hinges. The paint is so cheap that even a simple wipe will take the entire drywall off. I can hear my neighbors alarm through our wall, which gets annoying. But aside from a few noise issues and being cheaply built, we like it.

Great place to live. Good amenities and good neighborhood. Nice to have the pool and the tennis courts to be active at. I would recommend it.

Great place to live maintenance takes a couple weeks but very efficient friendly age. Hard to get a hold of people sometimes. Lots of amenities.
