Leak Under Bathroom Sink Last night d bathroom floor was flooded due to a pipe leak under d sink which drenched d wooden cabinet underneath it. D sink pipes and fixtures have never been replaced since we moved in here 14 years ago and they were not even brand new then. Jesus, Maintenance Manager, immediately responded to d Maintenance Request and was assessing d situation in our bathroom within minutes. First thing this morning Daniel was fixing d problems and replaced all d old plumbing and… fixtures which look great! We are very pleased with d prompt response and satisfying outcome. Thank you to Tushar from Corporate Office, Jesus and Daniel, our Property Maintenance team!

Ceiling Fan wobbly and noisy I submitted a maintenance request on a Monday morning. Next day, I was told that it wud get done by either Tuesday or, for sure, Wednesday. By the following Monday, one week later, still not fixed. I called the Manager and it eventually got done. For a 10 minute job, it cud've been done right away - one week was too long to wait. The fan cud've fallen off and hurt someone in the meantime. Under the previous Property Manager, the last Maintenance Supervisor always got… everything done by 48 hours or less.

Building 4 I lived there for 8 years with my family and during that 8 years, I found it was a great place to live minus the few car break ins to my car and one of my cars being stolen in 2019.

Florida Move-In Hello and thanks for the opportunity to live at Florida Station apartments. My move in was good and thanks to Hellen at the leading office I was able to complete the process and paperwork fairly smoothly. Hellen was gentle and provided information about the complex.
