Shoddy Maintenance and Dog Poop
We chose & moved into this complex in Feb 23 because of the excellent price & sq footage with comparable amenities (on paper) to my last apartment.
My first clue should have been that the washer/dryer which should have been in my unit was removed for repairs by office staff before move-in and it was supposed to be installed before I actually took possession of the unit. Color me surprised that it was not! Took multiple phone calls to the office and several days of trying to find other... vendors that could provide the machines, before anyone corrected the problem. Then, we noticed that the HVAC system was faulty and wouldn't shut off without using an already-installed kill switch on the wall. Yes, this took multiple trips and me pointing it out during a city inspection before repairs were actually completed correctly. So many *little* issues that have turned into major irritations without reason..
Work orders languish for weeks, then get cancelled or closed without anything being done. I still have open orders from 2 months ago!
Let us briefly touch on the doggy poop - it's EVERYWERE in ALL greenspaces! There is a dog park, and pet clean-up bags provided, yet most pet owners here do not clean up after their animals so the stink is crunched up by the landscapers who mow it right over. I spent the whole first 2 months looking at, dodging and smelling stinking piles of crap wherever I go in the complex or happen to leave my windows open. Its just GROSS.
On a positive note, I am enjoying the view and the sq footage of my unit but that's about all. The fitness center is adequate but the bathroom has no soap, paper towels, or hand sanitizer.

Pets are welcome, but pet owners are ultimately responsible for picking up after... their pets. We provide pet stations throughout the community for pet owners, and our maintenance team does their best to deter negligence to keep the property clean.
