One of the biggest issues has been the insects. A large number of flies have been getting into my apartment through a gap under the balcony door. I don't have any pets, and I keep my apartment clean, so I explained to management that it was simply a maintenance issue that needed to be fixed. I submitted an urgent maintenance request, but after four days, no one had come or even contacted me with an update. The response was very disappointing.

The front office was also not helpful. While I was... at work, I called and asked the front desk employee to bring my Amazon package inside the office for safekeeping since it had been delivered just a few steps from the office entrance. She said she didn't want to leave the office. When I came the next day, the package was gone. Amazon provided a delivery photo confirming it had been delivered, but the office was unwilling to check the security cameras or help investigate. I ended up losing my package. A few minutes of assistance could have prevented this situation.

Beware, if you have maintenance issues you might have the same experience I have had. I entered a maintenance request in January for my broken dryer and fireplace. Maintenance took 2 months just to contact me. They did not fix the appliances yet they closed the maintenance request. I have submitted a new request and haven't heard anything for 16 days.

They also don't enforce cleaning up after any tenants dogs. There were piles of dog poop everywhere you looked this winter. The poop was only... taken care of AFTER city inspections.

They advertise having pools but neither pool is operating as of June 26 when temperatures have been in the 90s.

car broken into twice here, one time my window was smashed and the other time they tried to steal my catalytic converter. we’ve paid an enormous amount of utility income fees because of problems with xcel and the apartment. office is also closed pretty often due to being understaffed.

I moved out a year ago and decided to come back. Lindsay was very helpful with answering all my questions and concerns and made my move-in so smooth. She is professional with great customer service. Everyone in the office is really nice and so far I am loving my apartment.

The location was important for me because I needed to be close to my sons school. Also, you have so many stores/restaurants right across.
