it's been great so far, i was afraid i'd hear the highway but it's really quiet and parking on the street is nice when needed for guests or myself. amenities have been kept clean and enjoyable

Our experience moving into our new apartment was far from satisfactory. We were promised several things that were simply not delivered. The apartment was not properly cleaned upon arrival, despite assurances that it would be. One of their employees explicitly promised to leave a dolly in the unit to assist with moving, yet it was nowhere to be found, causing unnecessary hassle.
Additionally, we were told there would be a welcome kit, but that too was missing. To make matters worse, the customer... service was extremely disappointing. One staff member, was particularly very rude and unhelpful, making the entire move-in process even more frustrating.
Overall, this experience has left a very negative impression, and we would not recommend this place to anyone expecting a smooth and professional move-in process.

So far it has been a good experience, the staff has been more than helpful addressing the few issues that I have had.
The only issue that I had was with the garbage pickup, the contracting company that picks up the trash didn't pick up my trash for a few days and when they finally did, I had purchased a few items with larger cardboard boxes. I broke down the boxes so that it would make loading easier for the individual/individuals picking them up.
I received a sticker on my door on 3/16/2025... for "excessive waste".
I took it up with the manager not wanting to start out on a bad note and it was resolved as well as him showing me where the trash shoots were for boxes that I accumulated could be taken lessing the burden on the trash collectors.
