While I haven’t used any of the amenities provided I find the neighborhood to be quiet with a few exceptions here and there. But this is common anywhere.

I love it here. The staff is wonderful and the amenities are great too. I love the layout of my apartment. It’s quiet too which is so nice. Best part, it doesn’t smell like weed!

Very nice, safe place to live. We have a great trash pickup service but, some neighbors ignore the rules and make the place look sloppy. The property sends out emails. But, there’s no penalty so nothing changes. Some people just don’t appreciate good things.

Disappointed that the pool and spa area were out of service in my neighborhood all summer. I didn’t wan to drive over to the other neighborhood to use theirs. I just went to my gym instead. The gym here is definitely a nice one. I use it... too. The work space is solid too. I expected more resident events, haven’t seen them.

Work orders are taken care of in a timely manner. I’ve had some issues with some things being the result of crappy contractors.

Overall, this was the winner out of all the places I visited. The staff is great. Everyone I’ve met has been professional, friendly and very helpful. I think I made the right choice.

It is a nice place to live. They maintain the amenities pretty clean. I feel safe. Agents in the leasing office are cordial and willing to assist, however they lack of organization and ability to complete tasks on a timely manner. If I need something from them I typically have to go 3 times to the office before it gets done. Other than that, it’s a nice place to live

Happy Lady

I love my apartment home and save from the fact that I can’t have a Rottweiler, I have no complaints about the community or the staff.

Every maintenance issue has been handled VERY quickly with good communication. The staff, team, and neighbors are all quite friendly,

The rent is a tad high, but compares very favorably to the area. Let’s be honest, everything is high!!
