2021 Overall review.

I moved in the starting of April, So moving in we did in counter a few issues, like outlets having issues and getting small things figured out. They’ll fix these issues within 24hr depending on the day and the will credit you back for the inconvenience. We got new fridge, new carpets, flooring, AC, with new kitchen space and bathroom. It’s honestly much nicer than 99% of the apartments I’ve visited, just make sure you inquire about a renovated apartment here. They’re currently renovating the... pavement and painting, and throwing out old stuff. The new staff within the past years is beyond incredible and will make sure to keep you happy. People have reported bugs in the past, from my experience the bugs that are in the building are in the old rooms that are currently still being torn apart and redone. They are spraying constantly in every apartment and building they can. So personally i haven’t seen any really but the staff basically lives here so they’re gonna kill them as much as possible if they have to deal with it. My Overall review, the staff is excellent. The apartments are extremely nice, those that are renovated. The buildings that have been redone are easy to walk up and down the stairs will plenty of room. The property and area is made of other apartments and companies. It’s very peaceful and you can get a good view of the mountains. The parking is good but within the next few weeks it will be extremely better once the paving is done. So for the Cons and Pros. Pros. Hot water, Cold AC. Hot furnace. Fast Fan in the living room. Working appliances, and easy to operate blinds. Lights are bright, so get a lamp or two if you like it more dim. Cons, I’d say the biggest currently would be that you’re gonna smell cigarettes here and there unless you invest in a air purifier in your apartment. Now to lovely neighbors. Most are actually kind and enjoyable. There’s some that do hate each other. You’ll have easy access to mail and laundry. Usually laundry seems to be 2 of each appliance per building so definitely find a easy schedule or go to a laundry mat. Amazon or other packages will be delivered to your door unless otherwise stated. Trash is extremely easy to use just walk outside and throw it in the huge bin. Most utilities are use to pay base besides trash so it’s up to you how much you spend monthly. Sum it up, this Apartment complex is 100% worth the price.

Don’t do it!!

This is the worst place I have ever lived so far. It will be easier if I just list my issues with this property: The office never answers phone calls, and hardly call you back if you leave messages, staff is not diverse, currently they are renovating the property as if no one lives here, and yet they raised our rent to live in this nightmare, constant noise, choking on paint fumes, you can’t count on having running water because they turn it off quite often for maintenance without warning or... follow up, bugs, smoking inside, cars get broken into, needles on the ground, dog poop everywhere, even when you voice these issues to them, they won’t even apologize, I could go on. Bottom line is they don’t care about the people, the tenants, that are paying their salaries. I doubt that is going to change when they get tenants with more money in here. Don’t pay to live at this property. And certainly not in the next year at least. I’m appalled at the prices they have listed on this site when you will truly be living in a construction site until who even knows when. Don’t forget all this in the middle of Covid. I think this company is despicable.

Nasty

We went to look at these today. When we walked up you could smell something that only could be described as death. Then by the front door was a huge container of cigarette butts. When we walked in a older lady on O2 yelled "What do you want". While waiting for the leasing agent to come this same lady said she was waiting on the bug guy. When we asked about what bugs she said "oh you know the typical once a month spaying for bedbugs and roaches". Why we even stayed to see the available... apartment IDK but as we walked outside to go see the apartment we noticed that on one balcony someone had it filled with garbage bags. The apartment needed work and was really hot. I felt like I needed to be sanitized after leaving it was so gross.
