Decent place for short term rental
We have been here about a month and it is pretty good so far. They were actually very reasonable considering our short term lease (6 months) requirement. We are renting here while our house is being built and their short term fee is $300/month extra - which is still cheaper than a lot of other options we were considering. We also have a requirement to be in D20, which is the same for the new house to make student transition easier.
Fitness center is moderately small but functional with plenty... of equipment given the space. I haven't tried the pool yet but it looks nice.
The area is convenient enough - about halfway between Powers and I-25, with nearly everything within a 5-10 minute drive. It is located nearly on the Cottonwood Creek Trail and not far from several parks. Great for being more active.
Staff has been great so far. My main concern is the pet fees are a bit high (but that's true for most apartments) since they require a deposit, a non-refundable pet fee and a monthly pet rent - per pet with a max of 2. So, you must _really_ love your furry friend.
Rents seem to be about average for the area (which is high), especially considering the desirable D20 school district. Some of the units have absolutely amazing views of Pikes Peak and the Front Range.
They are moving container friendly. Parking is first-come basis, unless you rent a garage.
