Super nice place! Favorite thing about the place is the amenities and location. I was a little hesitant to move in because it is on the pricier side but everything you get in return is well worth it.

The amenities are amazing. The staff and maintenance are all easy to get ahold of and helpful when you need something. The gym and hot tub are our favorite parts.

Like any community you live in, there are always going to be things that go wrong. Frozen pipes, loud neighbors, unwanted public traffic…
With The Plaza, I don’t have to worry about those things for more than a second, because the knowledgeable and competent staff always has a resolution ready. We truly love where we live and feel so happy to be here!

It’s been over a year now since we moved into The Plaza at Pikes Peak and we love it just as much as the day we moved in. Seriously, the management staff is all so friendly, Jenn, Keith, Achilles, all top notch people and super friendly. The maintenance staff is always helpful and kind. And we have looked at other apartments in the area (3 to be exact) to see if there is anything better than what we have currently, and we have decided to stay here and renew our lease because….nope there isn’t!... Highly recommend moving here. The activities, the community, the “walking trail adjacent” property the amenities. Still takes the cake!

The staff has all been extremely nice to me. I have been really enjoying the apartment and I love going to the gym. I am excited to do a yoga class and I love that they have fun events every month for the residents to do.
