This is a fantastic property. And the best value for the money anywhere around. I love the neighborhood and all the amenities. I have a fantastic view from my apartment. I recommend this property highly?
And the staff is wonderful!

When I found out I got the job in the Denver, I was scrambling to find an apartment, but the employees of 1000 Speer by Windsor did everything in their power to make me feel welcome and at home. Out of the 12 apartment complex’s I saw, this one just really stood out with their cleanliness, community, safety, security, style, and incredible deal I got with the price! I was so nervous once I accepted the offer to move-in immediately, but the whole leasing team was always communicating with me and... answering my questions with patience. Their reassurance and assistance made my life so much easier with the many big changes going on in my life. I have actually submitted a review after my tour and absolutely recommend checking this place out. I love living here!

Great staff- from the leasing office, to concierge, to maintenance. There’s always a strong presence of help around the corner. And when there’s an inevitable problem, it’s quickly resolved and it’s easy to get a hold of someone.
