Charming house in the very desirable Mayfair neighborhood with great walkability. Two bedroom, 2 bathroom house with an open floor plan, a very large yard and quiet street, but still walking distance to parks, restaurants and bars. The rooms have... large closets. It is 2 blocks from a park with tennis courts, basketball court, playground and softball field. It is just 3 blocks from Colfax with restaurants like Benzina, Jett Sushi, Marczyk Fine Foods, Abbey Tavern, City Donuts. Also, the 9+CO area to the southwest has a lot of new restaurants, shops and a movie theater within a short bike ride. The front porch is great for sitting on warm summer nights to say hi to those walking by.
A background check and great credit (725 or higher) will be required. After discussing with owners and an application, if it seems to be a good fit for both parties, the tenant will pay $35 for a credit check.
The house is unfurnished and there is no smoking. A well-trained, small adult dog (50 lbs or less) is allowed but with an additional non-refundable pet deposit of $500. The yards will be maintained by a lawn company. A small boat will be stored behind a fence on the north side in winter. We will be showing the house this Saturday, April 26, 2025 from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m.. Current tenants are leaving at the end of May after staying six years with no rent increases.
Tenant pays for electricity, internet, gas and water (there is a sprinkler system that needs to run in summer).
We pays for trash (small can) and lawn maintenance.
