Take a comfortable soak in the private bathroom. The bath room has double sink vanities in a room separate from the water closet with shower/toilet/tub, so it functions almost like 2 bathroom rather than one.
The bed rooms and bathroom have sliding barn doors. While this is a true loft space, the bathroom water closet is completely closed in with full floor to ceiling walls. There is an approximately 3 foot space between the bedroom walls and ceiling.
This is a top floor loft. There is a common roof top deck with bbq and comfortable seating and lounging.
Elevator is a quick ride in a short building. No waiting excessively to ride down 30 floors.

Lift and Uber are at your service. Quick and easy access to major highways I-25 and I-70, walk to 16th street mall shuttle, Union Train Station---basically it's in the middle of Everything! Here in the winter, ride the ski train to Winter Park for an awesome day trip of skiing. Unforgettable.
