I think that this community so far is amazing. I have only been here for a month and love it. Everyone is nice and I feel safe because there are a lot of families here.

I have had a good experience here, the neighbors are nice. I like what the North team is doing with the grounds. Leasing team is awesome! On a scale of 1-10 I am giving the residence an 8. There is always room for improvement, but that is anywhere that you go.

So, things started out well enough… but ended up being just like everywhere else. We were promised within 6-12 months, we would have in-unit stackable W/D units, & that didn’t happen. The laundry room is pretty much unusable now at this point; I’ve had so many clothing items RUINED by the washers/dryers here, and have totally stopped using them altogether and now go off-site for laundry. The laundry room regularly has homeless people sleeping in it or storing their things in it at any given time... too; we’ve had to ask for TOO much to be done here that should be AUTOMATICALLY done every single day… from dog waste cleanup every day of the ENTIRE property, ESPECIALLY the dog park, & more. I’m tired of asking for help every single time I try to attempt using an amenity or go to do something that should be working or should be clean, or should be easy… it isn’t. At all. We will not be renewing our lease here again, especially since we know we are paying MUCH more than MOST who live here.

Bullcrap. Everyone here sucks. $50 convenience fee to pay your bill, parking is a disaster, moving in or out is ridiculous unless you're on the edge. Dumpsters are so far away and there's a Karen in R who walks around recording everyone.
