Great for Empty Nesters!

We recently relo'd from Chicago and have found the Bromwell to be all it's cracked up to be. Great location for walking to the Cherry Creek Trail, restaurants, grocery stores and more. Responsive staff, easy move in and in-unit amenities excellent. Scenic rooftop and pool make it complete. Glad we found the Bromwell.

Incredible staff, beautiful building

We moved into the Bromwell about a month ago and it's been the most wonderful experience! From the initial tour, to the move in process, getting settled and living here since - it's been seamless. Everyone who works here is so friendly and helpful and really makes this place feel like a community, even during these weird and distant times.

BEST BUILDING IN THE WASH PARK AREA, NO COMPETITION!

My boyfriend and I moved in to Bromwell in September of 2020 right after the building construction was completed. Our expectations of not only the property, the amenities and the service have been beyond exceeded. We were worried about the public spaces with covid but the property management team has done a great job enforcing covid protocols with a amenity reservation system. When we were moving back to Denver we looked at a lot of new buildings in the area and are incredibly happy with our... decision to move into Bromwell.

Terrible Living Experience

This place is an ongoing disaster.

The good: Beautiful property, some friendly and helpful staff

The bad: Living here day-to-day is awful. The building was opened in September and NOT complete or up to code. It is a nightmare for residents who have the pleasure of paying thousands of dollars for no consistent hot water, daily/weekly construction, flooding, massive construction issues and projects. security issues, amenities that have been closed multiple times in less than three months, etc....
Literally every week there is a massive issue within the unit and usually the property itself. They are struggling to rent these units and it’s no surprise why. The incompetence of how this property opened despite so many flaws is actually impressive.

Steer clear. This has been the worst living experience of my life.
